Writing Hmoe for Moating Take is a video installation concerning relocation, devoted to a problematized and self-involved investigation of origin and place. Inspired by technology and network culture, the installation explores the tensions between natural reality, puerility, and artificiality, while communicating an authentic narrative of migration. 

Christofer Degrér is an emerging artist from Malmö, Sweden. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, and spent some years in New York and Berlin before returning to his hometown of Malmö.
