The PARKADE is a 200 square foot black box (and beloved part-time storage space) abutting the lounge and bar of TRUCK, perfect for audio/visual work and smaller projects, installations, and small workshops or events benefiting from enclosed or separate space. This gallery is often programmed in conjunction with the Main Space, fostering conversation between the exhibitions, and draws on applicants to the gallery’s call for submissions for its programming. The PARKADE door can remain open or closed during exhibition open hours and is accessible through TRUCK’s main or rear entrances. Many exhibitions with sound that have found a home in the PARKADE will be remembered by TRUCK staff for all time.
